Toss as high as you can

Toss your food up or Lo-Hey! (Tossing up good fortune in Cantonese) with our Rainbow Yu Sheng comprising thin slices of raw fish mixed with a rainbow of ingredients and seasonings that is eaten only at Chinese New Year, but served all year round at Yum Sing.

Here’s a secret: the higher you toss, the more you will prosper! (try not to toss it on the floor though).

The legendary chilli crab

This could get messy. But that’s the whole point of it all when it comes to the most iconic seafood ever to come out of Singapore. Our legendary Chilli Crab served in a chilli and a tomato-based and egg gravy. Best paired with steamed or fried mantou (or buns) to soak in the rich gravy. Here’s a tip: When our waiter offers you a bib, trust us, grab it!

Fall-off-the-bone pork ribs stewed with a mixture of herbs and spices. Served with Chinese dough fritters, peanuts and rice.

Wok-fried yellow noodles with seafood and meat with rich prawn stock. Served with sambal chilli and lime.
